I've raised £230 to Help cover vet bills for a rabbit who needed his leg amputated

We have been inspired by an angora bunny called Womble to run a wombling bun run - trail half marathon - to raise money for this sweet boy to have one of his back legs removed.
Womble developed a severe infection in his bone which meant that in order for him to live happily and pain free he would have to have his leg amputated. As this surgery is quite severe his owner needs to raise lots of funds. Thankfully the vet caring for him is wonderful and has performed the operation before all the funds have been raised...
Like Womble's namesake the Wombles of Wimbledon Common - who gathered litter to recycle - we wanted to also do something beneficial for the beautiful countryside while completing the half marathon, so we will also be picking up litter along the way.
We are planning to run 13.1 miles of muddy Bissoe trail from Devoran to Portreath in Cornwall and pick up litter to recycle along the way and along Portreath beach where it ends.
Womble is a wonderful, strong, sweet little bunny full of life and love and deserves the best of any treatment he can get...
Please please give a little if you can to keep us going but to keep Womble going and to help the Cornish countryside and wildlife to be litter free. THANK YOU!
