Women in Travel CIC provides all women – especially disadvantaged and underrepresented – with visibility, confidence, access to training, mentoring and eventually employment and enterprising in the travel, tourism and hospitality sector.

Travel, tourism, and hospitality employers often struggle to find good staff – and this issue has been compounded by Brexit and Covid. WE CAN HELP by providing access to a pool of skilled individuals from diverse backgrounds who are eager to get back to work.

To provide that support, however, we need your help!

Please bear in mind that every penny you donate to us will be reinvested in supporting disadvantaged women, through our employability and enterprising services.

All donations are welcome, but here is how your money might be spent by Women in Travel CIC:

£40.00 Pay for a disadvantaged woman to access an hour of coaching to raise her confidence and self-esteem in preparing for work.

£60.00 Pay for a disadvantaged woman to access a CV and cover letter writing workshop which will enable her to create a CV from scratch and feel able to apply for work.

£150.00 Pay for a disadvantaged woman to access mentoring services that provide her with a supportive network of like-minded women.

£200.00 Pay for a disadvantaged woman to access bespoke employability training and mentoring at the end of which she will be put forward for employment.
