We have now had the opportunity to speak to Frank and Linda. They have received an enormous amount of support from the local community and beyond and are grateful for the generosity people have shown them. The family will consider how best to make use of the money raised.

On the evening of 9th June the home of family living in Woodilee Village near Lenzie was struck by lightning resulting in a substantial fire, extensive damage and the family being displaced from their home.

This fund raising page has been organised by the Woodilee Residents Association to help provide support to the family with all monies donated going directly to them. Any funds received in excess of their requirements will be donated to a charity of their choice.

At the time of creation the family are not aware of this crowdfunding page.
