I've raised £500 to help fund a happy, healthy hub project for the children and community.

Wirttle Infant School in South Essex are trying to raise enough money to build a Happy, Healthy Hub for their pupils and the community, to be used for a multitude of purposes. These range from giving teachers a space to give children with additional needs the support they require, to providing a quiet place for those that need it at break time and even as a resource that the wider community can use, this is especially pertinant as the village‘s library is currently under threat of closure.
The school needs to raise anything from £30,000 to £60,000. The amount of money raised will determine the size, quality and versatility of the building, obviously the more money raised, the more we can do!
A group of Dads (soon to be well oiled machines) have decided to take on the Rush Weekend Nuclear Races challenge in Brentwood, Essex on the 18th May 2019. This is involving us to commit to training at least three times per week and significantly alter our lifestyles in order to complete the race that spans twelve kilometres and has no less than 90 physical obstacles to overcome en route!
Anything that you can donate to our cause would be greatly appreciated, not only by the children currently attending the school, but by future generations and the community as a whole.
Thank you.
