We are aiming to raise £2,000 to get West Thorpe's Scouts to Poacher International Jamboree between the 1st & 8th August 2026. Poacher is an international event, where thousands of Scouts from across the world come together for a week of adventurous activities and create memories to last a lifetime!

So what are we doing to get us there? Well our incredible Scouts have already been out at a couple of local fairs running axe throwing activities for the community. Later in the year, they will also be out and about the local community selling badges and Christmas decorations; we'll be holding an auction in November (more info to follow!) and to wrap up our fundraising project, we will be aiming to walk/cycle/swim the distance between West Thorpe Church & Lincolnshire Showground - approximately 82 miles!
