£3,165raised of £15,000 target by 94 supporters

Weʼve raised £3,165 to fund our after school programme and young entrepreneurs club. We are also fundraising to host a young leaders residential in October 2017.

    London, United Kingdom
Funded on Saturday, 21st October 2017

    What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

The Young Leaders’ Academy movement was established in East
London in 2002 as a supplementary school providing educational
and leadership opportunities for young people aged 8 to 16.

WYLA is a not for profit, sister organisation which was established in
February 2012 operating in West London.
We enable students to do well at school and go on to become
    inspiring, transformational, global citizens.
Our mission is to give students, especially BME boys, access to a unique,
culturally competent curriculum that enables them to develop
    knowledge of self.
We work alongside schools and parents to provide consistent
motivation to encourage students to stay focused and on task.
WYLA delivers its services through the following programmes:
    Supplementary education
    Boarding school preparation
    Parent University

We now want to expand on our success on the above and to raise money to hold our very first residential which will provide an intensive and transformative experience for our boys.

We also want to raise the funds so that we can offer our boys more provisions such as a homework and chess club, Both of which are vital and intrinsically linked to our Saturday Leadership Programme.
