Story
We are taking part in the Kier Construction 2020 Challenge to raise funds for four important charities:
East Anglian Air Ambulance
East Anglian Children's Hospice (EACH)
Parkinson's UK
Ward D9 Oncology, Addenbrooke's Hospital
The 2020 Challenge will involve a team of Kier employees travelling the length of the UK, starting at the most northerly Kier site in the Orkney Isles, to the most southerly in Truro, Cornwall using only 'green' methods of transport and passing through every Kier region on route.
The aim is to complete the challenge within 2020 hours (approximately 12 weeks) covering a total distance of 4500 miles.
As the route passes through the eastern region on Wednesday 7th June, every member of the Wynne-Williams team will be taking part in a physical challenge to contribute 'green' miles to the overall total. This will include swimming, cycling, running, ice skating and canoeing.

7 years agoHi there everyone, thanks for your donations so far. Two of us are off to ice skate 10km this afternoon, the rest of us have just finished our running, cycling swimming and canoeing. Will post some photos soon!
