Once again, we are offering a Christmas tree recycling service in January. For a £6 donation, the Town Council depot team will collect your Christmas tree, convert it to compost using our Eco Green Shredder, and use the bi product to mulch trees and flowerbeds around Amersham.

The depot team will collect from Amersham and the surrounding villages, Little Chalfont, Hyde Heath, Chalfont St. Giles, Chalfont St. Peter, Winchmore Hill and Penn Street on 2nd and 3rd January and 6th-10th January.

Once you've made your donation, please email info@amersham-tc.gov.uk with your name, address, preferred date of collection (providing at least 24hrs notice) and your donation reference.

All donations will be reinvested into the town council’s wildflower and sustainability projects in 2025. The mulch generated from the tree recycling will be used throughout the town’s open spaces.
