Yar met the Venerable Phra Rajawithetpanyakhun (Dr. Phramaha Laow Panyasiri) when he first arrived the UK in 1987. She then became actively involved in fundraising and other volunteering at the temple. This included regular donations in support of land/house purchase for the new temple in Kings Bromley. Yar Varin was diagnosed with MND Bulbar Palsy in Spring 2016.  During this difficult period, Phramaha Laow was her spiritual counsel with his regular visits and accompanying prayers.

Yar passed away at home on Tuesday 6 March 2018.  In recognition of the support from Phramaha Laow, please consider donating in lieu of flowers.  Her funeral will take place at North East Surrey Crematorium, Lower Morden Lane on 21st March at 4.00pm.
