Yarm Community Rugby Club, commonly known as Yarm Rugby Club, is a club that is currently celebrating it's 20th year.

Run entirely by volunteers the club boasts a growing register of players at both senior and junior level, and it is well known for it's community focus and it's friendly welcome.

As well as our seniors and juniors in the last 12 months the club has launched three new initiatives.

1. Ladies Rugby Fit Team, the Yarm Swifts

2. Free Summer Touch (Rugby) In The Park initiative for anyone to enjoy.

3. Walking Rugby Team for those unable to play full contact rugby.

Yarm Rugby Club also has a very active social committee which offers local musical talent the opportunity to perform if front of up to 100 people. The Club's third annual community firework display has just taken place with over 300 members and non-members enjoying a professionally delivered fireworks extravaganza.

But we aim to do more for more people : We want to help tackle the loneliness that particularly impacts the older members of our community via a link to Sporting Memories Foundation and we would like to open our doors to more clubs and associations.

We believe that Yarm Community Rugby Club is everyone's local club.
