Asalamu Alaykum,
In previous years, by the will of Allah, i have been fortunate enough to raise funds during Ramadan in order to provide food packs for the needy in Bangladesh. Alhamdulillah it has been such a success and we have managed to feed many families.
Typically these food packs contain the following:
Rice, lentils, dates, potato’s, cooking oil and sugar.
While we have the luxury of a full table every Iftar, many do not. How can we be pleased with ourselves while many within our Ummah struggle for food? How will we respond to Allah ﷻ knowing we with kept our wealth?
My uncle (as he has every year) will be the one who sorts and distributes these food packs. Me and my family cover all the extra costs and Just Giving fees which allows this project of ours to be 100% donation. My uncle travels to remote villages to offer these packs to those who are unable to travel to the main towns. Please keep him in your duas.
Please donate as little as £2 to be able to help a family this Ramadan.
If you lend to Allah a good loan, He will multiply it for you and forgive you. For Allah is Most Appreciative, Most Forbearing” (64:17.)
