I've raised £10000 to restore the Yeadon Town Hall Entrance Halls and Public Spaces

We've completely transformed the old bar space into an open plan traditional theatre bar, completely refreshed and restored. This should allow everyone to now be served and sit down in a comfortable, traditional bar!
We now want to extend this refurbishment into the main public hallways, revealing the original victorian tiles, replacing some of the flooring and generally restoring the area to match the same standard as the refurbished bar.
The building hasn't had much TLC at all over the last 30 years, but we now want to gradually restore the entire building over the next 2 years and transform it into the beautiful building it once was.
We've already redecorated some of the main hall areas, and gradually the decoration will be completed throughout the theatre space as funding allows.
To complete the restoration of the front foyer areas, we are now looking to raise an extra £10,000 to complete these works. Any donation, whatever size is GREATLY appreciated to get this wonderful building looking as good as it should for it's 140th birthday next year.
The work will include:
- Redecorating in a traditional colour scheme
- Replacing the 'institutional lighting' with traditional victorian style wall lights
- Stripping the paint and restoring the original victorian tiles
- Improvements to both toilets
