I'm Megs, known online as Yoga Megs. I teach freelance at two amazing studios in Liverpool, Yogacita and Loft Space both of which are small independent businesses which whilst closed have no other source of income, the longer this goes on the harder it will be for them to survive and therefore open their doors on the other side of this. We will need our yoga community more than ever.

So I’m creating some online content of my usual classes, beginners information and pranayama techniques which I will share during this time and all I ask in return is for some small donations. Think about what you‘d usually spend on a yoga class, a coffee or lunch out and maybe inject some of that into these small businesses so close to our hearts?
