The fundraising super stars are at it again... Pete, Andy and Tanya are running the Monza Half Marathon in aid of Mutake School Library

As some of you may already know we have been supporting Mutake School for a number of years now and feel the time is right to make a big push to build a library. Not only will the children have access to the reading material but so too will the community. The idea is that the building will be as eco -friendly as possible and will also run off-grid.

We have had a very successful response to our last appeal and whilst the water situation is not an easy fix due to drought, bureaucracy and unsafe water we have put in measures to make sure that it is more readily available than it was before. We continue to monitor the situation and are in constant discussion with relevant authorities and are poised ready to take action when a solution presents itself.
Not only are we trying to ease the water situation at the school but we are now looking after individual children's health care as well as providing school fees in the form of the new launched Barroso Bursary.
We have also started to work on the school kitchen and will be fixing a wall that has fallen down in one of the classrooms.
