What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

Shalom, Halo, Ola, … ✋😃

First of all, thank you for your willingness to spend your time reading through my mission goals in 2018.

This year I’ve decided and committed to spend my summer by being a part an international volunteering trip managed by Hope Volunteer Corps. Of all available destinations, India came to my heart. Being the second most populous nation on earth with more than 67% of them lives below the poverty is enough for me to question their education support and facilities particularly for children. Knowing this fact has simply transformed the way I see and value everything that I’ve taken for granted, especially the presence of everyone around me and the fact I’m able to build my career in the UK as an engineer.

This trip is focusing on providing education support for underprivileged youth in Hope foundation School, a school which was founded 21 years ago currently with more than 300 amazing students. Every single one of them now has the opportunity to live a better future through people’s kindness and sacrifice by providing financial support, spending their leisure time teaching and most importantly loving each one of them. Now this is the chance for me to be part of this amazing movement, by flying off to Bangalore, India for two weeks and spending every single day with other amazing volunteers around the world to share our knowledge and experiences, build leisure facilities, encourage every single student and staff.

Then, now you must be wondering what’s the purpose of this fundraising page?! My target this year is to raise £2000, divided into 4 levels. One week before my departure, I will prepare to carry on and commit the action listed below for the highest level achieved. For example, if we achieve Level 3, I will prepare all of my video and photo equipment to create the most epic adventure trip and post them onto YouTube, and of course each one of you will be in the video :)

• This is not to cover my trip and flight costs.

• Monthly expense for each student is $30 (£22), hence I’m aiming to cover expenses of at at least 7 children for a year.

• Any contribution (e.g. few pence, tenths of pounds) is great-great-greatly appreciated and valued 😊.

• Don’t worry if you don’t have means to donate online, you can contact myself at 𝘐𝘳𝘸𝘢𝘯.𝘓𝘪𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘰@𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘬.𝘤𝘰𝘮 or +44(0)7954327611 and I’m sure we can arrange alternatives.

• Again, don’t worry if you are not able to contribute financially, it’s also as important to spread the word and let people around you be part of this amazing mission in helping our brothers and sisters to build their future.
