Georgia, Jane and Sarah from the Young Carers Team, along with a lovely bunch of young carers, are taking part in the 'Strawberry Lion Walk'. This is a fundrasing events organised by the Yeo Valley Lions Club and is a chance for us to fundraise for these amazing young people. Please support us by donating, every £1 counts, and will be hugely appreciated! We support over 600 families who are caring for someone at home.
