This October I will be running the Cardiff Half Marathon for a charity very close to my heart - Young Minds. Recently, I lost a very close and dear childhood friend of mine Josh. I would love to be able to do something in his memory and raise as much money as I can to help others in the same situation. Josh was an amazing person and his memory deserves to live on forever.
