I've raised £2000 to meet the ongoing costs of St Philip's Church. Due to continued collapse in regular income, St Philip's has started a fundraising campaign.

Due to a continued collapse in regular income as a result of the necessary restrictions, St Philip's has started a new fundraising campaign. Our goal is to raise £2.000 to make up for the shortfall in income for 2021.
While we usually generate income through events, hall hire and donations from members of the congregation, the necessary restrictions have forced us to cease these very activities. Unfortunately, limiting the activities in the church doesnt mean that running costs cease. We need to generate a significant sum of money each month to pay for unavoidable commitments: utility bills, insurance and essential works to keep St Philip's safe. We have done what we can to rein in spending, but we still need to find between £7000 and £8,000 each month.
For this reason, we would like to encourage anyone who is able to do so to support St Philip's by contributing to our fundraising campaign. We are aware that these are lean times for all of us, but please rest assured that every little you are able to give helps us keep St Philip's up and running.
Anything you can spare will be greatly appreciated and an enormous help to St Philip's.
