We are raising £3,000 to help support three great charities / causes close to a number of our team members and the wider public. The Scottish Tough Mudder event is on the 7th of June, held in Edinburgh.

Tough Mudder’s brand-new venue at Hopetoun Estate is not for the faint-hearted. Nestled on the shores of the Firth of Forth, this epic course will drag you through jaw-dropping scenery, winding woodland trails, and circle around beach shores like nothing you've tackled before. This ain't your average mud run—it’s a gritty, leg-burning adventure in one of the most breath-taking courses you’ll ever face. Pushing ourselves we have went for the 15k course a challenge many have never faced, but with a 20+ strong squad we look forward to the day.

We are looking to raise money for three great charities/causes that our members and colleagues that are taking part have an affinity to.

The first one is for the DGRI neonatal unit. This is a great local cause where the funds will be used to provide additional support and care to sick and premature babies. This charity is particularly close to home as the unit (along with its counterpart in Glasgow) provided the medical care required to help one of the participant’s baby girl get home after being born 12 weeks prematurely in October 2024.

The second charity is another one that resonates with a number of the participants as we look to raise funds towards Bowel Cancer UK. Various members have been recently affected by this horrible disease and the support given would not have been possible without the great work of this charity.

Our 3rd Charity SSPCA are another amazing cause who support our loved pets and wider animal network. Without the work of the teams throughout Scotland we would not be able to provide the support and help to animals affected in their aim to eliminate animal cruelty.
