In our community families and individuals go without proper food, shelter, and essential medical care every day due to a variety of factors including low wages, job loss, injuries, illness, age, domestic violence, or divorce. While all of us are susceptible to hard times, children and the elderly are at the most risk, and they make up the largest number of clients we serve.

As you may be aware the government issue free meals during school time, but what happens in the weeks of the half term? Yum Tums aims to fill this gap providing a free nutritious lunch time meal, within a warm social environment. Children are free to play with a variety of toys and even make a special present or keepsake in our craft corner. All this is provided free of charge.
