As some of you are aware I have just taken over a charity which helps feed the homeless every Tuesday in Cardiff. As you can imagine this doesn't happen for free. When they come to see us for a hearty healthy meal they frequently request essential items that they need, sleeping bags, toothpaste, underwear and socks etc.

So to help fund raise for this worthy cause I am doing a sleep out on September 21st outside Cardiff castle. If you'd like to join me on the night I am suggesting a minimum of £25 sponsorship or please feel free to come and keep us company on the night. If you would like a sponsorship form then please let me know.

I am in the process of setting up a bank account for the charity but this hasn't been completed yet, so have used this forum instead for the time being.
