    Story

(This is my second page as my first ends on the 17.7) My plan is to make atleast one paper origami crane bird everyday for a year, in order to raise money for charity. After this year is up, I would love to continue to raise even more. This challenge is important to me as I have wanted to be apart of making a difference to people's life for a long time, and I would love to make it a part of my life to do so. As I have always loved origami, and have recently started making these birds, I thought what better way to do so than to put the two together. At the end of the year the money will go towards a charity for terminally ill children. At the moment that charity has not been chosen as I would like to take the time to choose carefully. At the end of this challenge or sometime in the future, It would be a dream of mine to start my own charity, with this as a starting point. The charity of my choice is to be children who are terminally ill, for the following reason: a crane is a symbol of enternal youth and happiness, so the concert behind the making of the bird is to show that the child shall be internally happy. When presented with a crane and a general reminder portrayal is that happiness should always be, and that no matter what is going on in life, happiness is always there.
