As some of you may know I’m running the London Marathon in April 2026. For context I’ve never run a marathon before so when I was asked whether I was helping raise any money for a great cause, Betel UK was my first thought!

Betel UK are a charity dedicated to helping men, women and families facing social exclusion, including homelessness, drug and alcohol abuse, and long-term unemployment.

This really is a fantastic charity that supports and is run by amazing people!
