Story

Hi

i was diganosed on the 20th october with triple negatuve ductal and lobular breast cancer which has spread to the lymph nodes in my armpit and collarbone.

you never ever expect to hear the words ‘you have cancer’ it has completely flipped my world around. Im a new mum, my baby is 5 months old so for me its put my whole life into a different perspective. I just pray im around to see her grow up. The cancer i have is genetic so can keep coming back but hopefully with all my treatment i can get rid for good.

i have 16 rounds of chemo to do first, weekly for 12 weeks and immunotherapy after that itll be every 3 weeks for 12 weeks. Ill then have surgery which is likely going to be a mastectomy and have the lymph nodes removed. After surgery i may have chemo again but if its gone ill start my radiotherap. its going to be a hard long journey.

As you can imagine, being on maternity and not that anybody would be but i am in no way financially prepared for this outcome. This funding will go towards bills, my daughter, help towards fees for people supporting me and needing to be off work, help with any extras I may need. Any help even 5p is and will be so helpful and grateful for.

i do plan to brave the shave and donate my hair to the princess trust also, my plan is to also make some good come of this and blog my journey on instagram to help otjer people out there raise awareness.

thankyou in advance 🩷
