Last week our friends Zmatsutsi were on route to their first ever live gig in Berlin. After quite literally years in the making, they loaded the car (having just picked it up from the garage) and began the long drive from Leeds to Berlin when Tragedy struck a stonestrhow from home on the A1 and their car caught fire and then exploded!

Fortunately everyone managed to escape unscathed, but ALL their synths, drum machines and music equiptment subsequently went up in smoke, over 7 grands worth of gear gone.

Nothing was insured and none of this could have been forseen, anyone making music or at least involved in this world I'm sure can't even begin to believe how this must feel. We are aiming to raise cash so they can get themselves a synth and drum machine so they can get started again and keep making the wrong records for the right people alongside slightly begin to fill the void thats been left.

Vermona DRM 1 drum synth

Mackie 1402 VLZ

Alesis sample pad pro

& Mics, Cv/midi converters, effects, leads, stands, etc

Not to mention all data lost on several laptops.
