i am going to do a tandem parachute jump on 25th November (weather allowing) to raise money for these two charities that have helped me tremendously in my personal life, I am disabled and a wheelchair user, so this will be a huge challenge, please sponsor me.

Lighthouse run a women and children’s wellbeing centre in central Ipswich. This is a service for Suffolk and is open to all women and children. The centre provides a one-stop shop of advice and information for women and children (particularly those who are suffering or have suffered domestic abuse)

Iceni supports families in Ipswich and Suffolk to give all our children the opportunity to have a safe, healthy and happy start in life. Iceni offers a unique service for families affected by addiction and dependency. The charity offers treatment and support to parents, affected by an addiction, to maintain family relationships, avoid children being removed into care and to prevent todays children from becoming tomorrows problems.
