I've raised £4000 to Help fund an expedition to Kenya.

In 2019 I will be volunteering with the company Camps International in Kenya to help struggling communities. The money will not only fund the transport to and from Kenya, it will also cover the costs to help buy supplies to construct buildings for the Kenyans to use for either living in or to be used for schooling the children. Other projects that I will be doing will consist of installing new water facilities to provide fresh drinking water to local communities, digging animal watering holes, deworm livestock and help rangers protect vulnerable wildlife from poachers and also improving the health of a whole community through installing and improving local amenities.
Why do we go?
42% of Kenyans live below the poverty line, nearly half of the population live on less than $1 a day and a Kenyans life expectancy is only 55 years.
