We provide a rescue service caring for sick, injured and orphaned hedgehogs. We rehabilitate the hedgehogs in our care and return them to the wild wherever possible. We ensure that the hedgehogs in our care receive the best care available using veterinary guidance and best practice. We inspire learning about the world of our native wild hedgehogs, encouraging everyone to discover what they can do to protect it. Increase public awareness about the decline in hedgehogs, the hazards they face, and to encourage children to respect hedgehogs and take an interest in hedgehogs. We encourage Dorset residents to adopt hedgehog friendly activities in their gardens.
