Founded in 2001, FKMS promotes, maintains, improves and advances music education within the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames. Specifically, it offers hardship bursaries to those who might be struggling in times of temporary hardship and are unable to afford the cost of their music lessons and activities.
