I'm training to run a 10K race for the first time in my life!. I'm doing so to raise funds for patients at the Ottawa Hospital Cancer Centre in need of emergency funds. Patients face stresses related to diagnosis and treatment. For some these stresses are compounded by costs associated with cancer treatment, either due to treatment itself, or due to requiring time off work.
