Story
This June, I’ll be running the Ottawa Tamarack Half Marathon in memory of my dad, who passed away from a heart attack ten years ago. I’m running to raise money for the University of Ottawa Heart Institute to support research and care for people facing heart disease — and to honour the incredible work they do.
This run is personal. It’s not just about fundraising, it’s about proving to myself that I can do hard things, and turning something heavy into something hopeful.
I’d love for you to join me in supporting this cause. Every donation helps fund research, treatment, and a future with fewer families experiencing loss. Thank you for reading, sharing, or donating — it truly means a lot.
