We will set off in the saddle from the event base in Keswick for a 40-mile bike ride around the beautiful winding roads sure to warm up the legs and get the heart pounding. We will be cycling among some of the highest mountains in the UK, Skiddaw dominates the skyline!

Next team will navigate a 2-mile water course nestled in this glorious National Park in a 4 man kayak. Now just the small matter of summiting Skiddaw on an 11 mile round trip to an altitude of 931m.
