Friends,

I am proud that along with a group of great friends, on 17th August we will cycle the "tour of the Welsh rugby regions" bike ride.. This bike ride will start in Rodney Parade, Newport, Via Cardiff Arms Park, Cardiff, The Liberty Stadium, Swansea and Finishing at Parc Y Scarlets, Llanelli. This cycle is 72 miles across South Wales.

So many of us have come close or in touch with cancer. With my mum currently going through the battle first hand I felt the need to do something and help raise some money, have some fun and enjoy with some good friends.
