The Last Mile team is deeply grateful for all the funds raised  in support of palliative care patients and their families. Together, in 2022, they raised $187,000 for the cause. Let’s top it in 2023.  A few examples of what a Last Mile gift can do: Provide meals for a family with a loved one in the Garden Room at Gifford. Purchase gas cards to help with travel to appointments or to visit a loved one. Provide pain relief with a massage. I will be riding with friends on August 5th doing at least 80 miles around Vermont as I can't make it August 19th.  It's important to take time to do this ride since this service Gifford offers has a huge impact on our neighbors and friends who have to go through the end of life. 

Thank you so much and I will post pictures after our ride to again thank you for your support. I've experienced end of life with my husband Harry and know just how hard that time is.
