I'm taking part in RED January 2019 to support Middlesbrough and Stockton Mind.
As January is characteristically a tough month, I'm going to keep active every day for better mental health.
2018 seriously tested my mental health at times, I’ve felt alone when surrounded by friends, I’ve felt happy when sat alone. It’s a situation that’s out of my control, but I will not be beaten.
