Crohn's and Colitis UK are the UK's leading charity for Crohn's and Colitis. Right now, over 500,000 people in the UK are living with a lifelong disease that many people have never heard of.

I was diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), Ulcerative Colitis, back in 2017. I’m running the 2025 Royal Parks Half Marathon to support Crohn's and Colitis UK.

I am setting the initial target at £350, which is the minimum, but I am hoping to raise more. Any donation is welcome and can make a real difference—helping to improve diagnosis and treatment, fund vital research, and raise awareness.
