Story
I had the privilege of working as part of the Norton Rose Fulbright team supporting Save the Children during the Covid-19 Inquiry, where I saw first-hand, even if only a small snapshot, the incredible and vital work they do.
I wanted to find a way to keep supporting them, this time by raising money. A skydive or bungee jump didn’t quite appeal, and my imagination stalled after that… so I decided instead to put one foot in front of the other about 102,000 times.
In September, I’ll be taking on the Thames Path 100km, and as if that weren’t enough, I’ll also be running the Tokyo Marathon in March next year as part of Team Save. I am thinking of this as part of my reward.
I’d be hugely grateful if you could support me - and more importantly, Save the Children - by donating whatever you feel able.
Thank you so much.
(Update August: I've also signed up, against my better judgment perhaps as it's less than 1 month after Tokyo, for the Brighton marathon in April 2027)
