Gosport Community Association (GCA) is a long-standing local charity dedicated to enriching the lives of people in Gosport and the surrounding area. Based at the historic Thorngate Halls and Bury House, we provide a welcoming and affordable space for community activities, social groups, and essential services. Our centre hosts a wide range of events — from arts, music, and theatre to education, wellbeing, and social inclusion projects. We support all ages and backgrounds, offering opportunities for connection, learning, and recreation. Regular groups include seniors’ social clubs, dance and exercise classes, children’s activities, community choirs, mental health support sessions, and spaces for local charities and voluntary groups.
