Hannah’s House provides health and support services to children with life-limiting conditions and their families. Life-limiting conditions are those for which there is no reasonable hope of cure. We focus on quality of life for the child and their family through the provision of clinical case management and support, in-home respite and social and recreational opportunities. Our services are developed to support the child’s physical, emotional and social wellbeing. Our vision is to provide care, comfort and joy for every child with a life-limited diagnosis and their family, enabling them to participate fully in home and community life.
