About Hospice Of The Chesapeake Foundation Inc
Hospice of the Chesapeake’s mission is caring for life throughout the journey with illness and loss. For 40 years, Hospice of the Chesapeake has provided hospice and supportive services to individuals living with or affected by advanced illness and loss, serving patients in Anne Arundel and Prince George's County, regardless of ability to pay.
In addition to hospice care, HOC offers care to those living with chronic advanced illness through Chesapeake Palliative Medicine; community services through the Chesapeake Life Center including bereavement counseling, the Chesapeake Kids’ program offering perinatal/infant loss support, pediatric hospice/palliative care, and children/teen bereavement programs; and a Volunteer Program of trained volunteers providing care for patients and families.
