In 1999 Toby and Cheryl were two young mums grappling with their children’s life-limiting diagnoses. Propelled by mutual isolation, confusion, and stress they formed In Touch to support all parents of disabled children. Kids United followed in 2003 providing similar support to siblings/ young carers.
