The main aim of Jeevan Vigyan UK is to promote and advance public education and understanding of the philosophy and practice of yoga, by providing regular yoga classes through-out the year, mainly via ZOOM (but not limited to it), providing accessible opportunities to participate and experience the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga for the people in the United Kingdom, particularly those who have never managed to attend expensive yoga classes in yoga teaching schools or premises.
