The Karia Foundation was established in 2013 to promote such charitable purposes and to assist such charitable institutions for the public benefit as the trustees think fit, including, without limitation: (a) for the advancement of education including by the provision of facilities, training, scholarships, maintenance allowances or grants; (b) for the advancement of religion and religious activities; (c) for the prevention or relief of poverty; (d) for the promotion of and education in the arts, culture, heritage and science; and (e) for the provision of medical facilities and services and the advancement of health and medical science.
