THE MISSION
CREATE AWARENESS
Suicide rate for constructions workers in the UK is OVER three times the average rate. Our mission is to spread the word and make construction companies aware of the issues their workers are facing.
THE PRACTICE
ENCOURAGING
Letting our community workers know that It's ok not to be ok! That they can speak up and express their issues and feelings in a safe environment and they will be listen and helped.
LISTENING
We want to listen to you and promote the culture of listening and also checking for signs from your co-workers, like change of behaviours, and teach you techniques to be able to listen.
TEACHING
We don't have all the answers, but we are continuously looking for tips, techniques and advise from experts to pass this on to our community and improve their mental health.
MAKING NOISE
Our aim is to spread Mental health Awareness in every Construction Site in the UK. We plan to contact and visit as many sites as posible, to encourage workers to seek help and demand their companies to take care of their issues. Every company should take part.
