Florida is ranked 3rd in the nation for reported cases of human trafficking. Once rescued, these survivors are in need of safety and long-term recovery care to heal and free them from the effects of great trauma.

Besides running, our Grow Church Freedom Run small group is partnering with Path2Freedom. We will be training to run a 10K on December 2nd and have a huge goal to fund raise to help them build a second home for girls that have been removed from human trafficking situations. They work with girls ages 12 to 18, right here in SWFL. My goal is to raise $1440 by December 2nd, race day. There are 1440 minutes in a single day. I am raising 1 dollar per minute to signify how many minutes a sexually exploited child is enslaved per day.
