Every year, New Hampshire's civil legal system weighs thousands of disputes involving the basic rights and basic needs of people with low income. Despite the clear need for attorneys to assist clients in these matters, there is less than one legal aid attorney for every 10,000 low-income residents in New Hampshire.

By supporting the NH Campaign for Legal Services, you are helping New Hampshire Legal Assistance and 603 Legal Aid reach more people in more areas of the state. Just as importantly, your contribution gives assurance to people that someone is listening; that help is available; and legal aid will protect them.

Legal aid protects families from homelessness, helps domestic violence survivors restart their lives in safety and advocates for vulnerable kids who need support to achieve success in school. Without legal aid, they're left to fight on their own.
