What is One Team/One Child?

One Team/One Child is our promise through YMCA Sports and the Annual Campaign to ensure every child in our community regardless of ability to pay, has access to the programs they deserve. Our goal is no child is ever denied the ability to grow in health, leadership, and confidence that come from participation in all the YMCA has to offer.

Is there a need in our community?

Yes! Around 30% (3/10 Kids) of our athletes apply and receive some sort of financial scholarship assistance, so kids can play the sport they love.

Will you join me in giving a gift today?

At the YMCA, 100% of funds raised go straight back to the community and participants. Not to operations. Not to salaries. This allows us to give more to those in need to provide them with the opportunity to participate in the YMCA.

Through this campaign, we are working to ensure a brighter future for the Valley of the Sun. Together we will take some major challenges in our community. Your gift will help young people achieve their potential, empower community members of all ages to lead healthier lives, and strengthen the bonds of the community by helping our neighbors.
