I serve on the Board of the Alliance Center for Education, and am a former Board Chair of the organization. AC4Ed is a wonderful organization committed to improving the future for underserved families and students in the Charlotte area. It's a mission and cause that have very much resonated with Teri and I and where we have spent a great deal of our own personal and financial resources over the past 7 years.

As part of this year's Annual Campaign - we'd love to raise at least $20,000 for such a great cause. To start that - Teri and I have donated $10,000 and would be most appreciative to anyone contributing to the cause - with the hope to raise a "collective match" for that amount.

For more than 80 years, The Alliance has lived the mission and changed the lives of thousands in our area, with a focus on creating a world where a family's income doesn't determine a child's outcome.
