Story
This year marks my 15th participation in Drop Zone for Easter Seals Nova Scotia, and the sense of anticipation remains just as strong as ever.
Each rappel reinforces why I continue to take part. While the experience is certainly exhilarating, the true motivation lies in supporting an organization that makes a meaningful difference across Nova Scotia. Easter Seals Nova Scotia empowers individuals with disabilities by fostering independence, confidence, and connection through programs such as accessible camps, employment training, recreation, and mobility support.
Over the years, I have learned that the fear at the top is fleeting, but the impact of this cause is lasting. Knowing that each step down contributes to creating opportunities for others makes the experience truly worthwhile—even when self-doubt is present.
To date, I have raised $78,286 across fourteen events, including $6,728 in 2025. I am deeply grateful for the continued generosity of supporters who make this possible.
As I prepare for my 15th rappel, I am aiming to reach a total of $80,000. Every donation counts. If you want to pay by cash, e-transfer or cheque let me know. You can also join me at the top. The view is amazing
