This year, we're joining Tour de Ghana — a journey across Ghana on motorized tricycles to meet families supported by Self-Help International. We have a goal of raising $20,000 to ensure more families get the tools they need to thrive.

Ayor is a petty trader and mother of six. She recalls being fully prepared to go to market with her wares, only to wait for hours because no transport was available.

With an in-kind loan, Ayor purchased a motorized tricycle — and everything changed. “I danced and screamed with happiness when I received my tricycle,” Ayor shared.

Today, she has a reliable means of transporting her goods to the market on time. Ayor supports her family. Her neighbors use the tricycle too, and her entire village has renewed hope.
